IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS ...HEMPSTEAD COUNTY AT 1252 AM...DOPPLER RADAR IN SHREVEPORT INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF FULTON MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. HAIL IN EXCESS OF 1 INCH IN DIAMETER IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM AS WELL AS DAMAGING WINDS OVER 60 MPH AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.
