THIS I BELIEVE HAS PREVENTED STORMS FROM REACHING FULL POTENTIAL AS THEY COMPETE FOR AVAILABLE MSTR. STILL...HAIL HAS BEEN RPTD FM SVRL STORMS. TWO PSBL FACTORS WHICH CUD STILL INTENSIFY.
