ALONG THE MILLER...HEMPSTEAD COUNTY LINE 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF FULTON.
THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  WINDS OF 60 MPH
AND GREATER ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
