FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 AM CDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING AREA...
 
IN NORTHEAST TEXAS
 
   ...SHELBY COUNTY
 
AT 1015 PM...DOPPLER RADAR IN SHREVEPORT INDICATED A NEARLY SOLID BAND
OF THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM THE NORTH END OF TOLEDO BEND... ACROSS
SHELBY COUNTY TPO NEAR JACKSONVILLE. A NUMBER OF ROADS AND
HIGHWAYS...INCLUDING TEXAS 138 SW OF CENTER...TEXAS 699 NEAR CENTER AND
US 84 BETWEEN TENEHA AND JOAQUIN...ARE CLOSED THIS EVENING AND
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE MOVING OVER THE AREA.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS
