* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO PRODUCE HEAVY
  RAINFALL ON ALREADY SATURATED GROUND.  DOPPLER RADAR WAS
  ESTIMATING TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL.


* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS
  THE SAME AREAS FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS ADDING TO THE
  FLOODING THREAT.  ANOTHER ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN IS
  POSSIBLE WITH THE ADDITIONAL RAIN.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MANY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
