IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA ...EASTERN BUCHANAN COUNTY AT 642 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER EASTERN BUCHANAN COUNTY NEAR OAKWOOD.
