FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  115 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN WEST CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...KANAWHA COUNTY
 
AT 908 PM REPORTS WERE RECEIVED THAT COOPER'S CREEK ROAD HAS BEEN
FLOODED NEAR BIG CHIMNEY. ABOUT 0.5 TO 1 MILE OF THE ROAD IS COVERED
WITH 15 INCHES OF WATER.
 
HIGH WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED ON SEVERAL AREA ROADWAYS.
 
RADAR TRENDS INDICATE THAT THE RAINFALL INTENSITY IS WEAKENING SLIGHTLY.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. WATCH OUT FOR MUD SLIDES.
