THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING UNTIL
700 PM EST FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN

NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA
         CALHOUN             GILMER.

THE FOLLOWING CITIES IN WEST VIRGINIA ARE INCLUDED IN THE WARNING...
GRANTSVILLE...GLENVILLE.

STREAMS NEAR FLOOD WILL PUSH OUT OF THEIR BANKS AS MODERATE TO
HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON.

THESE HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE MANY ROADS TO BE BLOCKED AND MUD SLIDS
TO DEVELOP.

THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING WILL OCCUR.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT CROSS
BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY
TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT.  IMMEDIATELY
