FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...S...

AT 710 AM EST DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AND REPORTS FROM
AUTOMATED RAIN GAGES WERE REPORTING BETWEEN 0.40 TO 0.60 INCHES OF RAIN
IN THE LAST HOUR ALONE. THIS BRINGS THE TOTAL RAINFALL UP TO 1.5 TO 2.0
INCHES SINCE 10 PM LAST NIGHT.
 
SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL RISE QUICKLY ABOVE THERE BANKS IN PLACES
