SOUTHERN AND EASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY. FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH
THIS BAND OF PRECIPITATION.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
