AN IFLOWS AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGE INDICATED 1.4 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE LAST
12 HOURS. ANOTHER AREA OF RAIN WAS MOVING INTO POCAHONTAS COUNTY. THIS
WILL COMBINE WITH THE SATURATED GROUND TO PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
