HEAVY RAIN OVER THE PAST HOUR FROM A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL SEND MANSMALL STAEAMS AND CREEKS OVER THIER BANKS. RAINFALL OF NEAR 2 INCHES
OCURRED NEAR RIPLEY. STREAMS OF MAJOR CONCREN ARE TRACE FORK AND
RIGHT FORK SANDY CREEK AND THIER SMALLER TRIBUTARIES.
