FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN EAST WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...POCAHONTAS COUNTY
 
 
AT 8:45 PM...SOME SMALL STREAMS AROUND SLATYFORK...BIG SPRINGS...AND
EDRAY WERE OVERFLOWING ONTO ROADS.   THIS INCLUDES STONY CREEK AND
INDIAN DRAFT.  IT WAS NOT KNOWN IF ANY DWELLING WERE BEING AFFECTED.
 
THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE PULLING EAST OF THAT REGION OF POCOAHONTAS
COUNTY AT 8:45 PM.  YET...RUNOFF COULD STILL CAUSE THESE SMALL
CREEKS TO RISE A BIT MORE.  U.S. ROUTE 219 CROSSES THIS MOUNTAINOUS
REGION.
 
ALSO...OTHER STREAMS IN POCAHONTAS COUNTY MAY BE AFFECTED
