DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE
WARNED AREA SINCE 11 AM. THE AREAS MOST LIKELY TO EXPERIENCE FLASH
FLOODING ARE MCGEE TO JUST NORTH OF GRAFTON TO IRONTOWN.
