HEAVY RAIN OVER DURHAM COUNTY. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED
FLOODING AT WATERFORD VILLAGE AND SEVERAL LOCATIONS ALONG HIGHWAY 54.
 
 
FLOOD WATERS ARE HARDER TO SEE AT NIGHT AND MOST FLASH FLOOD
