   AND SOUTHWEST MARICOPA COUNTY IN CENTRAL ARIZONA

*  UNTIL 1045 PM MST

*  SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED:
   MOBILE...AVONDALE...GOODYEAR...AND PORTIONS OF INTERSTATE 8
   FROM GILA BEND TO 20 MILES EAST OF GILA BEND.
 
*  AT 935 PM MST RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
   EXTENDING FROM 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GILA BEND TO 10
   MILES SOUTH OF AVONDALE. STORM MOVEMENT WAS NORTH AT 10 TO 15
   MPH.

THE EARLIER WARNING FOR SOUTHWEST MARICOPA COUNTY HAS BEEN EXPANDED
TO COVER WEST CENTRAL MARICOPA COUNTY...INCLUDING THE EXTREME
SOUTHWEST PORTIONS OF THE GREATER PHOENIX AREA.

DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 57 MPH AND HAIL GREATER THAN 3/4 INCHES
IN DIAMETER ARE LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
