IN ADDITION...RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES OF OVER ONE INCH PER HOUR WITH THIS AND NEARBY STORMS. THUS... FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT WITH THESE STORMS.
