   YUMA COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN ARIZONA
   EASTERN IMPERIAL COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN CALIFORNIA

*  UNTIL 200 PM MST (200 PM PDT)

*  SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED
   YUMA
   SOMERTON
   GADSDEN
   SAN LUIS

   DATELAND
   WINTERHAVEN

*  AT 1055 AM MST...OBSERVERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL THAT WAS
   BEGINNING TO CAUSE STREET FLOODING IN THE YUMA AREA.  THUS
   FAR OVER ONE AND A HALF /1.5/ INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS BEEN
   REPORTED DURING THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS AT THE MARINE CORPS AIR
   STATION IN YUMA. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS HEADED FOR YUMA AND
   EASTERN IMPERIAL COUNTY AT THIS TIME...AND THIS WILL LIKELY
   RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING OF STREETS AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES.
