AT 11 AM...LOWLAND FLOODING WAS OCCURRING ALONG SEVERAL SMALL STREAMS IN
KLICKITAT COUNTY. AT 1015 AM...KLICKITAT COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORTED 2
FEET OF WATER ON HIGHWAY 142 AT MILEPOST 14 WEST OF GOLDENDALE. SEVERAL
OTHER ROADS IN THE AREA WERE FLOODED.
 
DRIVING THROUGH FLOODED AREAS IS A MAJOR CAUSE OF FLOOD RELATED DEATHS.
