IN NORTHEAST OREGON ...SOUTHWESTERN GRANT COUNTY AROUND 730 PM...FOREST SERVICE OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING NEAR IZEE FROM A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN. RADAR AND SATELLITE PHOTOS INDICATE THIS STORM MAY ALSO PRODUCE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS AS IT MOVES ACROSS SOUTHERN GRANT COUNTY BETWEEN 8 AND 845 PM. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH ANY AREA WHERE WATER HAS FLOODED THE ROAD. DOHERTY IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A STRONG BUILDING. DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
