IN NORTHEAST OREGON ...NORTHWESTERN GRANT COUNTY ...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR NORTHWEST GRANT COUNTY HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 715 PM THIS EVENING... DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE THAT ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO HALF INCH OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN IN NORTHWEST GRANT COUNTY SINCE 5 PM. AT 540 PM SP[OTTERS IN THE KIMBERLY AREA WERE REPORTING HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL WILL BEGUN TO TAPER OFF...HOWEVER IT WILL TAKE ADDITONAL TIME FOR RUNOFF TO FLUSH THROUGH LOCAL STREAMS.
