IN NORTHEAST OREGON ...SOUTHERN MORROW COUNTY...NORTHWESTERN UMATILLA COUNTY DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATES THAT A BAND OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING THROUGH SOUTHERN MORROW COUNTY. WEATHER SPOTTERS AND LOCAL OFFICIALS IN HEPPNER AND LEXINGTON REPORT THAT THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING HEAVY DOWNPOURS IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THE BAND OF SHOWERS ARE MOVING INTO NORTHWEST UMATILLA COUNTY AT APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH.
