IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...GUERNSEY COUNTY...NOBLE COUNTY A SEVERE THUNDERTORM IS LOCATED IN SOUTHWEST GUERNSEY COUNTY NEAR CLAYSVILLE. THE STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH AND WILL EFFECT THE CITIES OF BLUEBELL AND CUMBERLAND IN GUERNSEY COUNTY AND THE WOLF RUN LA AREA OF NOBLE COUNTY.
