THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 930 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTH WEST VIRGINIA

   ...PRESTON COUNTY

AT 630 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH
VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN PRESTON COUNTY.  THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS
FALLEN NEAR SUGAR VALLEY ALONG ROUTE 26.  WEBSTER RUN HAS RECEIVED
ENOUGH RAINFALL TO PUSH IT OVER ITS BANKS.  ADDITIONAL STREAMS AND
CREEKS MAY ALSO FLOOD AS THE RAIN CONTINUES.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
