FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTH WEST VIRGINIA

THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY AMOUNTS OF RAINFALL WERE MOVING ACROSS
PRESTON COUNTY FROM WEST TO EAST AND DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED
AROUND 2 INCHES OF SO OF RAIN SINCE 1130AM...IN EXTREME WESTERN
PRESTON COUNTY NEAR NEWBURG AND FELLOWSVILLE.
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
