FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTH WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...PRESTON COUNTY...TUCKER COUNTY
 
THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS ARE MOVING ACROSS TUCKER COUNTY
AND ARE MOVING TOWARD SOUTHERN PRESTON COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT
RAINFALL RATES OF NEARLY TWO INCHES IN ONE HOUR ARE OCCURRING IN THESE
STORMS.
