FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...WESTMORELAND COUNTY
 
RECENT HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE FLOODING ALONG ROADS AND WHERE DRAINAGE IS
POOR...PARTICULARLY IN NORTHWEST WESTMORELAND COUNTY NEAR NEW KENSINGTON
AND LOWER BURRELL. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN MOVING IN FROM THE SOUTHWEST
CAN CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING...INCLUDING FLOODING ALONG SMALL STREAMS
LIKE LITTLE PUCKETA CREEK.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS $THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
