FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 AM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN WEST PENNSYLVANIA

   ...ALLEGHENY COUNTY...WESTMORELAND COUNTY

RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES HAS FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF ALLEGHENY AND
WESTERN WESTMORELAND COUNTY SINCE MIDNIGHT. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1
INCH IN THREE HOURS WILL BRING STREAMS AND CREEKS OUT OF THEIR BANKS.
ABERS CREEK AND THOMPSON RUN IN EASTERN ALLEGHENY COUNTY...AND HAYMAKERS
RUN IN WESTERN WESTMORELAND COUNTY HAVE RECEIVED THE MOST RAIN SINCE
MIDNIGHT.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
