FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 AM EST
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
 
   ...BELMONT COUNTY...GUERNSEY COUNTY...MONROE COUNTY
   ...MUSKINGUM COUNTY...NOBLE COUNTY
 
AT 1015 PM FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN SUN FISH CREEK IN THE EASTERN PART
OF MONROE COUNTY OHIO. RADAR SHOWS HEAVY RAIN APPROACHING FROM THE
SOUTHWEST. STREAMS IN THE COUNTIES ARE ALMOST BANKFUL. THIS ADDITIONAL
RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. H THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
