AT 145 PM DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR IN PITTSBURGH INDICATED ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL...HEAVY AT TIMES...MOVING THROUGH EAST CENTRAL OHIO AND INTO
THE NORTHERN PANHANDLE OF WEST VIRGINIA. RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL RATES
NEAR 0.5 INCHES PER HOUR. THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN WILL BE ENOUGH TO PUSH
SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS OF THEIR BANKS AND FLOOD LOW-LYING AREAS AND
BASEMENTS.
