HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS ACROSS THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY CONTINUE TO KEEP THE ATMOSPHERE VERY UNSTABLE. TEMPERATURES CLIMBING TO AROUND 90 DEGREES AND DEWPOINTS HOVERING BETWEEN 70 AND 75 DEGREES HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE ELEVATED INSTABILITY. THE POTENTIAL FOR THE STORMS TO DEVELOP IS HIGH.
