WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
     NORTHERN LOGAN

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
     MULHALL

AT 400 PM RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL NEARLY STATIONARY NEAR MULHALL.  RAINFALL OF 3 TO 4 INCHES WILL
BE LIKELY WITH THIS STORM...WHICH WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF ROADWAYS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  REMEMBER...MOST
DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  IT ONLY TAKES A
FOOT OR TWO OF FLOWING WATER TO WASH MOST CARS AWAY.

DVLPD OVR W TEXAS IN ASSOC WITH S/WV THAT WILL MOVE NEWD TWD WRN ZNS
AS PROGGED BY ALL MDLS. EVEN THOUGH FFG IS NOT TOO LOW...WITH INCRSD
MSTR AND POSSIBLE TRAIN ECHOES...WILL ISSUE A FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR N
