IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY ...ESSEX COUNTY...UNION COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS AT 7:13 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER MORRIS AND SOMERSET COUNTIES OF NEW JERSEY.
