A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER THE WESTERN PORTION OF
LONG ISLAND SOUND BETWEEN EATONS NECK AND STAMFORD. THIS STORM COULD PRO
CDAMAGING WIND GUSTS...HEAVY RAIN AND POSSIBLE HAIL. THIS STORM IS MOVING
NORTH AT 30 MPH.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STR$ONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
