FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 840 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE

   ...EASTERN HOUSTON
   ...EASTERN STEWART
 
AT 6 PM CDT...SLOW-MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WERE OVER
PARTS OF EASTERN HOUSTON AND STEWART COUNTIES...AND RADAR ESTIMATES
RAINFALL RATES WITH THE STRONGER STORMS BETWEEN 1/2/ TO 1 INCH
AN HOUR. THIS RAIN IS FALLING ON GROUND SATURATED BY HEAVY RAINS
EARLIER IN THE DAY...AND CAN BE EXPECTED TO QUICKLY PRODUCE RUN-OFF
PROBLEMS AND FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
