  RADAR 35 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NORFOLK OR 2 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF
  ALBION MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.
 
PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD GET INTO A REINFORCED SHELTER AND

SPOTTER GROUP ACTIVATION IS LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS
THE AREA.

DISCUSSION...
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR ALL OF THE AREA EXCEPT
IOWA COUNTIES UNTIL 10 PM CDT.  AT 345 PM CDT A BROKEN LINE OF
DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUES TO DEVELOP FROM EAST OF VALENTINE TO
WEST OF GRAND ISLAND.  AHEAD OF THIS LINE CLOUDS ARE BEGINNING TO BREAK
TO ALLOW SOME SURFACE HEATING TO DESTABILIZE THE AIR MASS.  STRONG LOW
LEVEL WINDS AHEAD OF THE STORMS WILL FUEL STORMS WITH LOW LEVEL
MOISTURE.  ALTHOUGH THE PRIMARY THREAT WITH THESE STORMS IS DAMAGING
WINDS...THERE ARE SOME PARAMETERS THAT ARE FAVORABLE FOR TORNADO
DEVELOPMENT. DUE TO THE FAST MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS...SPOTTER GROUPS
SHOULD BE PREPARED TO DEPLOY QUICKLY BEFORE STORMS ENTER THEIR AREA.
