IN EAST TENNESSEE ...SULLIVAN COUNTY AT 250 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM BETWEEN BRISTOL AND BLUFF CITY. THE STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
