* AT 510 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE
  OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS 30 MILES WEST OF MADISON. THE LINE OF
  STORMS WAS RACING EAST AT 50 MPH AND WILL MOVE INTO WESTERN DANE
  COUNTY BY 515 PM AND THE MADISON METRO AREA BY 600 PM.
