IN EAST CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA ...HYDE COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS AT 7 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CROSSING INTO WESTERN HYDE COUNTY. THIS STORM WILL BE AFFECTING SLADESVILLE...BEULAH AND SERANTON BY BEFORE 710 PM AND WILL BE IN SWAN QUARTER BY 715 PM. LARGE HAIL IN EXCESS OF 3/4 OF AN INCH AND WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING.
