IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA ...EASTERN DADE COUNTY AT 1210 AM...MIAMI DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN DOWNTOWN MIAMI AND THE VIRGINIA GARDENS AREA WILL MOVE TO THE VIRGINIA KEY AND SOUTH MIAMI BEACH THROUGH 1 AM. MOVEMENT WILL BE SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH... DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
