IN SOUTH FLORIDA ...EASTERN MONROE COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS AT 335 PM...MIAMI DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG US 1 NEAR BARNES SOUND. THIS STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH AND WILL BE OVER KEY LARGO BY 345 PM. RADAR INDICATED WATERSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM AND RESIDENTS SHOULD BE ALERT TO THE POSSIBILITY OF WATERSPOUTS MOVING ONSHORE THE UPPER KEYS. THUNDERSTORMS THREATEN BOATER SAFETY WITH GUSTY WINDS IN EXCESS OF 35 KNOTS...ROUGH SEAS AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.
