   ...SOUTHEASTERN DYER COUNTY
 
AT 307 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DYERSBURG. THIS
STORM IS REMAINING NEARLY STATIONARY WITH THE GREATEST BEING STRONG
DAMAGING WINDS.

STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS. DO NOT USE TELEPHONES OR
