SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 855 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHWESTERN MISSISSIPPI

   ...LAFAYETTE COUNTY
 
AT 805 PM...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
FROM NEAR HARMONTOWN TO JUST EAST OF BATESVILLE. THE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH AND WILL LIKELY PRODUCE HAIL LARGER THAN
QUARTERS AND DAMAGING WINDS AS IT MOVES TOWARD OXFORD BY 845 PM.

.SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...
DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. FOR YOUR
PROTECTION...MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF YOUR
HOME OR BUSINESS.  HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO DO NOT DRIVE
INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
