IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO ...CENTRAL EDDY COUNTY AT 905 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR IN THE VICINITY OF CARLSBAD MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE... AVALON AND CARLSBAD. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH... DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VE(RY HEAVY RAIN.
