IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS ...NORTHWESTERN BORDEN COUNTY ...NORTHEASTERN DAWSON COUNTY AT 823 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR 17 MILES NORTHEAST OF LAMESA OR 7 MILES WEST OF PLAINS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
