INCHES OVER PORTIONS OF TERRELL COUNTY AS A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS
WERE MOVING EAST OVER THE AREA. WITH HEAVY RAINFALL HAVING ALREADY
OCCURRED OVER THIS AREA...ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN THAT IS PRESENTLY
