THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIDLAND TX HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 210 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS

   ...SOUTHERN UPTON COUNTY
 
AT MIDNIGHT CDT...A SLOW MOVING COMPLEX OF STORMS NEAR MCCAMEY HAD
PRODUCED RAINFALL AMOUNTS APPROACHING 2 INCHES. THIS HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL LIKELY CAUSE IMMINENT FLOODING IN AND AROUND MCCAMEY.

THE COMPLEX OF STORMS SHOULD EXIT SOUTHERN UPTON COUNTY BY 1 AM CDT
...HOWEVER...FLOODING WILL STILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER THE RAIN HAS
ENDED.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT
