THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LITTLE ROCK AR HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS

   ...GARLAND COUNTY
 
AT 725 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A NEARLY STATIONARY LINE
OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS LYING EAST TO WEST ACROSS GARLAND COUNTY.
DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN AN HOUR WITH THE
STRONGER STORMS. THE LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE SOUTH OF
THE REGION BETWEEN 9 AND 10 PM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE W ATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
