FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 625 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHWESTERN VIRGINIA

MORE HEAVY RAIN WAS SPREADING INTO THESE COUNTIES. MANY LOCATIONS
HAVE ALREADY HAD 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE WEDNESDAY EVENING SO
THE GROUND HAS BECOME SATURATED.

UP TO TWO INCHES OF ADDITIONAL RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED BY 630 THIS
MNRNING. SMALL STREAMS MAY GO OUT OF BANKS QUICKLY. LOW LYING
PLACES MAY HAVE PONDING OF WATER.
