IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS ...SOUTHEASTERN GARZA COUNTY AT 1129 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY LUBBOCK DOPPLER RADAR 15 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF POST OR 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF JUSTICEBURG MOVING WEST AT 5 MPH.
